I will work through any issues that arise, make sure your health is optimal, you are training correct and safely, adjust your plan accordingly but at the same time if it isn’t broke then we won’t fix it, your diet won’t adjust for the sake of it, or if you are bored 1-week in. You may need to change your mindset towards food and start eating for function, purpose and for the results you desire but at the same time you should still be enjoying your food.
